Our Yellow Diamond tier level members receive a great increase in rewards that include more offers from our CSC Group Partners, larger daily visitation points, exclusive tier level card, access to exclusive gaming promotions, and much more!

At the start of each season, you will receive a member pack with a range of unique offers. These offers will change each season and may include items such as drink vouchers, ticket discounts, food specials, club cash & more!
If you move up a tier level during a season, more rewards will be available to you!
Exclusive tier level cards will become available when renewals commence in 2020. Once renewals open, simply speak to our friendly team at the Foyer to receive your Yellow Diamond tier level membership card.
Maintain your tier level during the seasons to retain this exclusive reward.
Simply contact one of the CSC Group’s dedicated function team. You’ll automatically receive free room hire as a Yellow Diamond tier level member, but you’ll also receive a discount off your entire pre-booked function package!
1 tier rating = $1 spend on food, beverage, bingo, raffles, events, and functions
1 tier rating = $10 play on the electronic gaming machines
1 tier rating = $20 play on Keno
You can check your balance at the foyer, cashier, or by speaking to a loyalty team member.
As you use your membership card at any of our venues, you may become eligible to be raised to a new Diamond Rewards tier level. As you move up a tier level, your rewards increase with it.

As you progress through our tier levels, more rewards will become available to you. One of those being a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage whilst you’re on the gaming floor.

As a Yellow Diamond tier level member, any unused Diamond Rewards points expire on the 31st December each year.
You may opt-out of the Diamond Rewards program at any time, however, you will no longer be able to earn Diamond Rewards points or move up a tier level. Please ask to see our Diamond Rewards Hosts for more information.n.
